About AOE International, Inc. (AOE International)

AOE International Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to ​transforming lives and communities by providing comprehensive ​support and opportunities in education, food security, human ​services, and workforce development. Founded in 2023 by Dr. ​Tamara Nall, AOE International Inc. aims to empower underserved ​populations, including BIPOC individuals, low-income families, and ​military veterans, through tailored solutions that address systemic ​barriers and promote equity and inclusion.
At the heart of AOE International Inc.’s mission is the belief in creating resilient and thriving communities. By partnering with local ​organizations and leveraging community resources, we develop and implement programs that uplift individuals and build ​sustainable development. Our initiatives are focused on providing essential skills and certifications needed for high-paying jobs ​in the renewable energy and hospitality sectors, ensuring participants are well-prepared for career success.

AOE International Inc. operates across Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, and throughout the state of Illinois, where we offer hands-on, community-based workforce empowerment programs in cities including Champaign, Peoria, Danville, Kankakee, Vienna, and Chicago Southland area. These programs encompass resume readiness clinics, career mentorship and life coaching, job skills support through incentive-based participation, and food assistance initiatives—all aimed at eliminating barriers to employment and promoting dignity through choice.

Clean Energy Career Pathways Program (CECPP)

Provides renewable energy training and certifications to underserved communities in Huntsville, Alabama, preparing them for high-paying jobs in the sector.

WorkforceAdvantage Project:

Enhances diversity and equity in Atlanta’s hospitality industry through targeted recruitment, training, and career advancement opportunities.

Heroes to Hired (H2H) Program:

Offers comprehensive support, including employment services, mental health care, and childcare access, to veterans and their families in Washington, DC, particularly those facing significant barriers to employment.
